I'm back home at work dreaming of that time when I will be traveling again. That time may be coming sooner than I think. In the meantime, I have learned that interesting places can be found close to home. One of these places is Imperial Beach, a smaller community on the beach about a 20 minute drive south of San Diego, California, not far from where I currently reset my feet in Chula Vista. What stories may lurk in Imperial Beach, California, I wonder? Imperial Beach does have the distinction of being the most Southwesterly city in the continental U.S.: |
